This was our return to dancing in kit, and in public, following a few practice sessions. By this time we'd all been vaccinated at least once, and it was a pretty nervous emergence.

During the lockdowns, some members had moved away from the area, some had hung up their boots, some had broken bones, one had long-Covid, and we'd all become a bit less fit. Despite all this, there was an eagerness to get back to something like normal.

OBJ comprised: Adam, Andy, Ann, Claire, Clare, Christine, Chris1, Chris2, Claudia, Colin, Eddie, Helen, Ian, Joe, Karen, Lawre, Mark, Mike, Peter and Phil

Four Horseshoes, Sherfield-on-Loddon

Our first post-lockdown dance out, in extreme heat!

It was extremely hot, so we invoked rule 23 and allowed legs.

It was the first time out for Basing Clog too.

They seemed to enjoy the evening

And the exercise!

We moved on into the customary music session.
