Wessex Folk Festival, Weymouth

We've been looking forward to the Wessex Folk Festival in Weymouth for months. The weather forecast told us it might be overcast and rainy - but as it turned out, the weather was magnificent, allowing us to spend the evenings on the quayside drinking beer and listening to music. Wonderful!

The setting for the Folk Festival is beautiful and provides just the right atmosphere, with an appreciative audience

OBJ comprised: Ali, AndyW, Ann, AnnO, Chris, Colin, Eddie, Emma, Ian, IanO, Joe, Karen, MaryAnn, MikeG, MikeS, Pegeen, Sarah, Tony and Vera with a little help from Isla, Jess and musicians from other sides who accepted our invitation to join in

Isla is our travelling Dorset fan club, and came along to see us at Weymouth and Swanage last year. She made her own costume, and brought her mum and granny along so she could dance with us
